Spell-athon – what is it?
This is one of the PTA’s main fundraisers in 2021. It’s a chance for us to fundraise with our wider community, many of whom are unable to attend events at the school. We are looking to raise funds towards the new bike track proposed for 2022.
Participating students are asked to learn an age-appropriate spelling list as part of their distance learning. If you are able to, we ask you to support your students to seek sponsorship from their community. You can download the Sponsorship Form here.

Prizes to be won!
There are lots of prizes including iPads, a JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth Speaker and Android Tablets – every child who raises $40 or more goes into the draw to win one of our grand prizes! Use the button below for full details of the prizes on offer and how to be in to win.
Also, for each $20 a student raises, their name will go into the draw for a spot prize.

Donating any funds you raise
Please donate all sponsorship money* to the MAPS PTA Bank account via online banking by Monday 22 November in order to be entered into the prize draws. Account and reference details are:
12-3077-0151441-00 using the student’s name, room number and keyword ‘SP’ (short for sponsor) as reference.
